CloseKit vs Dotloop vs DocuSign

Dotloop and DocuSign are national tools built to work in every state. CloseKit currently supports Florida real estate forms only, and we're open to working with agents and brokerages outside Florida. It generates the Florida real estate forms from your deal's terms, collects every signature from the client's phone, and tracks the transaction from listing to closing.

The short answer

Why CloseKit costs what it does

Dotloop and DocuSign give you a place to put forms and collect signatures. You still prepare the forms yourself.

CloseKit does the form preparation itself. You enter the property, parties, price, financing, deposit and deadlines once. CloseKit fills the Florida real estate forms that apply to your side of the deal.

When an offer is countered, you update the terms and CloseKit regenerates the contract. You don't re-type the same names, addresses and numbers into another copy of the form.

Starter is $59 a month and Pro is $99 a month, per agent. Compare that against the time you spend filling out, and filling out again, the same forms on every deal. Both plans are month to month, and you can cancel anytime. Beta pricing locks in when you join.
