CloseKit questions, answered

CloseKit is the transaction paperwork platform built only for Florida real estate agents.

What is CloseKit?

CloseKit is a real estate paperwork platform built for Florida agents. You enter a deal once, and it fills the Florida real estate forms, collects every signature from clients' phones, and tracks the transaction to closing.

Who is CloseKit for?

Florida real estate agents who represent buyers, sellers, or both. Starter suits new and part-time agents; Pro suits full-time agents.

Does CloseKit offer plans for brokerages and teams?

Starter and Pro are individual agent plans today. CloseKit is looking for brokerages and teams to work with, in Florida and beyond, and brokerage plans are in development. Brokerages can reach us at tristan@closekit.us or (727) 648-6904.

Which forms does CloseKit fill?

CloseKit currently supports Florida real estate forms only. It fills the Florida forms and disclosures that apply to your side of the deal, based on the terms you enter.

Does CloseKit guarantee my documents are legally correct?

No. CloseKit fills Florida real estate forms from the deal terms you enter. You remain responsible for reviewing every document before you send it for signature, just as you would with any paperwork tool.

Does CloseKit work for dual agency?

Yes. Choose dual agency at setup and CloseKit runs both sides in one transaction file with one timeline.

What happens when an offer is countered?

Update the terms and CloseKit regenerates the contract. Documents that were already signed are never altered.

Do my clients need an app or an account?

No. Clients sign from any phone browser with one tap. Every signature is timestamped and IP-logged.

How much does CloseKit cost?

Starter is $59 per month for up to 3 active transactions. Pro is $99 per month for unlimited transactions and every feature. No contracts; cancel anytime. Beta pricing locks in when you join.

How is CloseKit different from Dotloop or DocuSign?

Those are national tools where you fill or upload forms yourself. CloseKit currently supports Florida real estate forms only, and it generates those forms from your deal's terms. See the full comparison.

Does CloseKit work outside Florida?

Not yet. CloseKit currently supports Florida real estate forms only. We're open to working with agents and brokerages outside Florida and plan to expand to other states. If you work in another state, join the waitlist, email tristan@closekit.us or call (727) 648-6904, and tell us where you are.
